New director appointed at AM100 group Brayleys


Brayleys Cars has announced the promotion of Dave Carter to the position of operations director.

With over 13 years of service to the company, Carter brings extensive experience and a proven leadership track record, having most recently served as Franchise Director of the Honda division for the past seven years.

During his tenure, Carter has played a vital role in transforming Brayleys’ Honda division into the largest volume Honda dealer group in Europe. Under his leadership, the division achieved consistent growth and record-breaking results. Additionally, Carter contributed to the broader network as the Honda national dealer council chairman, further cementing his reputation as a key figure in the automotive industry.

As operations director, Carter will now oversee the operational performance of Brayleys’ diverse portfolio, which includes nine manufacturers across 30 dealerships. His responsibilities will encompass driving company growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company continues to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong partnerships with manufacturers.
