A new study released this week by Recruiting Insight, in collaboration with BoldTrail shows 13% of active business operators representing just over 129,000 transactions changed brokerages in 2024, a clear signal, say report authors, that recruiting and retention strategies are more crucial than ever as the industry evolves.
The Agent Migration and Brokerage Model Performance Report provides an analysis of agent movement across four major multiple listing services (MLS)–representing 31% of all U.S.–based agents.
